Types of articles

1. Abstract—If authors wish to present their work but do not wish to have their full paper published, the abstract will be evaluated by the editorial board and will be published only in the anthology of abstracts handed out on the day of the conference but will not be included in the proceedings.
2. Full papers—If authors wish to present their work and to have their papers published in the proceedings, the papers will be first assessed by our editorial board and subsequently reviewed by qualified readers who will recommend  rejection or acceptance for publication in either the conference proceedings.

The best one will be awarded the Best Paper Award, on which our selection committee’s decision is considered final.


Full Paper

Title of Paper: Short, precise, easy to understand, covers all the content

Abstract: Not more than 300 words, consisting of the problem/objectives/questions, research methods, results, and implications and/or recommendations

Keywords: 3-5 keywords relevant to the content for database search

Introduction: State the background and significance of the problem, research questions, and expected results.

Objectives/Research Questions: State the objectives/hypotheses of the study

Research Methodology: Describe research methods, including design, samples/participants, data collection methods, and data analysis

Findings: Report the results according to the objectives/research questions.  For a quantitative study, use tables with explanations, summarize, and interpret significant data in the tables.

Discussion (research article) or Analyze/Synthesis (review article): Summarize and explain important findings with different types of support such as reasoning, theoretical principles, and previous works; link the discussion with the introduction and the objectives/research questions; do not repeat the results but explore their key contributions. This section may be combined with Findings, thereby Findings and Discussion.

Conclusions: State only important issues without any further analysis; provide theoretical and/or practical implications; and recommend applications or issues for further studies

References: List all and only the references cited in the text, using the APA 7th edition referencing style.

Presentation Format

Oral Presentation (English Language)

Hybrid presentation
Allotted time for presentation is 20 minutes: 15 minutes and 5 minutes for questions.


E-Poster Presentation (in English) guidelines:

1. File format: JPG
2. Design: A single-page poster
3. Orientation: Landscape (horizontal) format
4. E-Poster files should be submitted to Miss Suchada Kongsawat at libarts.conference@gmail.com with the subject “E-Poster-First name-Last name” no later than 1 May, 2023
5. Allotted time for presentation is 15 minutes: 10 minutes and 5 minutes for questions.
